Strategy :
Deploy community development coordinator and organizers to organize and form women groups. Develop modules and strategy papers for courtyard meetings with groups and human rights workshops. IEC materials are prepared and displayed in different visible places to make people aware.
Development Coordinator and CDP staffs develop selection criteria for selecting beneficiaries and prepare modules and training curriculum to achieve activities under this objective. Train selected people through expert and professional trainers to make them involved with income generating activities and earn incomes.
Arrange displays on improved stoves, nursery, homestead gardening, fisheries and poultry rearing programs in different visible places to encourage community people and involve them with these income generating activities.
